Established in 2012 by Brenton Lang, Rustica delivers artisan breads and pastries baked using traditional sourdough techniques. From savoury croissants, to delicious espresso tarts, and our ever-popular range of donuts and crullers, everything at Rustica is prepared, baked or cooked on site at South Yarra’s flagship venue which also doubles as a popular café seven days a week.
